How do I register as a new patient at Barlow Medical Centre?

We will be pleased to register you with our practice provided that you live within the practice area.

If you would like to join our practice, please bring your medical card with you. If you do not have your medical card, you will need to obtain your NHS number from your previous surgery. All new patients are required to attend a registration health check which lasts about 10 minutes.

You will be given the opportunity to discuss any health queries you many have, as well as meeting your new doctor or nurse. It is very important that you attend this check as it may take some time for your medical records to arrive. We need to know your previous medical history so that we can give you the appropriate treatment.
