Community (District) Nurses

PLEASE NOTE: District nurses are no longer based at Barlow Medical Centre.

The district nursing team provide a wide variety of nursing care and support for the following patients in their own homes

• The housebound
• Those with poor mobility
• Those recently discharged from hospital
