2nd dose Covid-19 Vaccination request -Chancellors Vaccination Centre
We want to make sure that everyone who attended our vaccination site for their first dose receives an invitation for their second dose within 12 weeks of their first dose.

- You received your first vaccination dose at the Chancellors Vaccination Centre AND
- have not been invited back for your second covid-19 vaccination dose AND
